Ordering Questions

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Bitcoin, Credit Card (with very strict requirements), and Cash in the mail. If your credit card does not work with our systems, you must use a different card or choose another payment method. All mail orders must be paid in U.S. Cash. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Do you accept Money Orders or Checks in the mail?

Unfortunately we do not accept Money Orders or Checks. We can only accept USA Cash in the email. We suggest you get tracking on your cash payment mailing so that you know exactly when we have received your payment.

How secure is my privacy if I order?

All records of any orders are destroyed after the order has been processed and sent. We keep no records of your order. We do not collect, resell, or divulge any personal information, including Name, Address, Phone numbers, email addresses or items ordered, to any business or individual outside of We also take all orders through a 256-bit encrypted secure server denoted by the padlock symbol next to the browser website address.

I placed an order with my Credit Card and haven't seen a charge yet.

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and verify your credit card.

The order process indicated that you will call me to verify my Credit Card but I haven't received a call yet.

Our system automatically flags credit orders for various reasons (maybe the names and address don’t match up). These flagged orders need to be manually followed up on. If your order does not get flagged, you will probably not receive a call. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and verify your credit card.

I sent in a Mail Order and haven't received my order, or I haven't heard any confirmation yet.

Please allow up to 1-3 weeks to process and ship your Mail Order (this is just the reality of mail orders, we get hundreds of them). For future orders, we recommend using a Credit Card or Bitcoin for expedited processing.

My credit card keeps getting declined and I don't know why.

For any Credit Card order, the cardholder’s full name must match the full name on the delivery address. The credit card delivery address must match the billing address. Also, your credit card may require verification from a text message when an order is placed. If your credit card is set up to verify transactions with a text messages to your personal phone, then you cannot use that card with us. Unfortunately we do not accept prepaid cards at this time.

Do you accept pre-paid Credit Cards or Gift Cards?

Unfortunately we do not accept prepaid credit cards or gift cards at this time. For expedited service, try using Bitcoin as your payment method.

My order was billed and I haven't received a tracking number after more than 3 days, where is my tracking number?

Please check your SPAM folder for any tracking number emails that may have been acciedntaly caught by your email provider’s spam filter. If you still can’t find it, contact us using the form below and we will assist you.

Shipping Questions

Will you ship psilocybe or psilocybin mushroom spore syringes to California ,Georgia, or Idaho?

Sorry, No. State restrictions prevent us from doing so. You must also be 18 years old or over to order from us.

How fast do you ship?

We generally ship all orders out within 3-5 business days unless the items you have ordered are on backorder.

What method do you ship and how discreet is the packaging?

We ship all packages USPS in the United States. The packaging is plain with no indication of the contents.

Can I pay extra for faster shipment?

The available shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process. You may contact us if you think your order requires special shipping instructions.

Will you ship spores internationally?

Currently we only ship spores inside of the USA.
